LifeChoices Women's Care is conveniently located in the North Fork Professional Center on Dale Mabry Highway, less than a mile North of County Line Road in Lutz. The North Fork Prefessional Center is located on the West side of Dale Mabry Hwy. directly across the street from Super Walmart.
The building is located directly across from the pond in the middle of the campus. Take either path from the left or right side towards the back of the building.
Approaching from the South:
Take Dale Mabry Highway (SR-597) going North. We are exactly 0.5 miles North of County Line Road. As soon as you pass County Line Road, stay in the left hand lane. Make your first left hand turn into the North Fork Professional Center directly across the street from the Super Walmart. LifeChoices Women's Care is in building 1527, Suite 101.
Approaching from the North:
From State Road 54. go South on Land O’Lakes Blvd. (US-41 S) staying in the far right hand lane - go 0.3 miles. Bear right on Dale Mabry Hwy. (SR-597 S), go 0.7 miles. The North Fork Professional Center is on the right directly across from the Super Walmart. Life Choices Women's Care is in building 1527, Suite 101.
